So, I know all the "experts" say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Well, sometimes in my house breakfast is for dinner. So, I love pumpkin just about anything at this point! I am also a little bummed that it is only seasonal. But, I guess it gives me something special to look forward in the fall. So if you’re like me try this recipe and don’t skip the Redi-Whip for the top like I did the first time around. Sprinkle with a little pumpkin pie spice for flare and it’s a spectacular sight! So, mornings can sometimes be a little hectic! Sometimes we are lucky just to get a cup of coffee or tea! That is no way to start our day when so many depend on us! I love smoothies! They fill me up and taste great! So, I thought why don't I make ahead frozen baggies with the fruit and protein! I hate buying produce then seeing it get thrown out.
